Refund & Return Policy
At BAC Colombia, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Please review our refund and return policy before placing your order.
Returns
Due to the nature of sterile products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has left our control and has been delivered to the customer.
This policy helps ensure the integrity, quality, and safety of every product we supply.
For this reason, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product ordered by the customer
- Products that have been opened
- Products returned after successful delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the shipping packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your claim promptly.
If the claim is approved, BAC Colombia will, at its discretion:
- Replace the damaged or incorrect product, or
- Issue a full or partial refund.
Lost Shipments
If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
