BAC Colombia ships throughout Colombia with clear processing times and delivery estimates based on destination.

Order Processing Hours

Orders are processed during the following business hours:

  • Monday to Friday: Orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed for same-day dispatch.
  • Saturday: Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed for same-day dispatch.
  • Saturday after 12:00 PM: Orders are processed during the next business period.
  • Sundays and Colombian public holidays: Orders are processed on the next business day.

Orders placed outside these processing windows will be prepared and dispatched during the next available business hours.

Delivery Times

Medellín

Orders placed before 4:00 PM from Monday to Friday are generally delivered the same day within Medellín.

Saturday orders placed before 12:00 PM may also be eligible for same-day delivery, depending on destination and courier availability.

Outside Medellín

Orders shipped to other cities and regions in Colombia are generally delivered within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier coverage, local operating conditions, and public holidays.

Same-Day Delivery Conditions

Same-day delivery applies to eligible Medellín orders placed within the published cutoff times.

Same-day delivery is subject to:

  • Successful order confirmation
  • Complete and accurate delivery information
  • Courier availability
  • Destination within the applicable service area
  • No operational delays outside BAC Colombia’s control

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once an order has been dispatched, shipping or delivery information will be provided when available.

Tracking availability may depend on the carrier and delivery method used for the order.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances including:

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name, and contact number at checkout.

Receiving Your Order

Please ensure that an authorized person is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

If the carrier cannot complete delivery, additional delivery attempts, collection instructions, or reshipping charges may apply depending on the carrier’s policies.

Damaged or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with visible packaging issues, please contact BAC Colombia as soon as possible after delivery.

To help us review the issue, please retain the original packaging and provide clear photos of:

  • The external shipping package
  • The shipping label
  • The product packaging
  • Any visible damage
  • The complete contents received
