Returns & Refund Policy

BAC Colombia is committed to providing a professional purchasing experience while maintaining the integrity, quality, and traceability of every product we ship.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept product returns once an order has left our control and has been delivered to the customer.

No Returns

For quality assurance, inventory control, and product integrity reasons, BAC Colombia does not accept returns of products that have been shipped or delivered.

Once a product leaves our chain of custody, we cannot verify how it has been stored, transported, or handled. As a result, returned products cannot be restocked, resold, or returned to inventory.

Refunds & Replacements

Although returned products are not accepted, BAC Colombia may issue a refund, replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution in certain circumstances, including:

  • The incorrect product was shipped.
  • The incorrect quantity was shipped.
  • A product arrives damaged during shipping.
  • The shipment is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier.
  • A product arrives with visible damage to its packaging or container.
  • A verified fulfillment or packing error occurred.

All requests are reviewed individually by our customer support team.

Reporting an Issue

If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must contact BAC Colombia within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

To help us investigate your request, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Photographs of the external shipping package.
  • Photographs of the shipping label.
  • Photographs of the product(s) received.
  • Photographs showing any visible damage, if applicable.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Additional information may be requested to assist with our review.

Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives with visible damage, please retain the original packaging and contact BAC Colombia as soon as possible.

Whenever possible, photographs should be taken before opening the package to assist with any shipping claim.

Situations Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds generally will not be provided in situations including, but not limited to:

  • Requests submitted more than 48 hours after confirmed delivery.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Products that have been opened, altered, or used.
  • Products that have not been stored or handled appropriately after delivery.
  • Orders containing incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier after the order has been dispatched.
  • Failure to receive a shipment due to an unavailable recipient or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to entering the fulfillment process.

Once an order has been processed for shipment or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
