At BAC Colombia, we are committed to processing and shipping orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

Orders placed and paid for before 2:00 PM (Colombia Time), Monday through Friday, are typically processed and shipped the same business day.

Orders received after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Medellín

Orders shipped within the Medellín metropolitan area are typically delivered the same business day for orders placed before 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Rest of Colombia

Orders shipped outside of Medellín are typically delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.

Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation along with tracking information (where available) so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, courier operations, or circumstances beyond our control.
