At BACColombia, we strive to ensure every order arrives in excellent condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Returns
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unopened and unused.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Products must be in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
BACColombia does not provide prepaid return labels and is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products with damaged or missing packaging
- Products returned more than 15 days after purchase
- Clearance or special-order items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label in order to investigate the issue.
Refund Processing
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for refund processing after the return has been received.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
